Inaugural Peach Dash provided plenty of action
With 118 cars on hand at GIS, this weekends event had a couple divisions highlighted with the Southern Clash Late Models on hand and a special race for the Enduro division , Peach Dash paying $1600 to win.
Southern Clash saw 18 late models qualify with Bo Allen setting fast time with a 16.417 and earning the pole position for the $2500 to win feature.
He would then lead flag to flag in the 30 lap feature, using the outside momentum to hold off many attempts by Ches Chester and Chad Tuten.
Top 5 were - Bo Allen, Ches Chester, Chad Tuten, Ryan Carter and Trynt Lloyd.
The Enduro division had 28 entries on hand , 4 heat races ensued , winners were Chris Keller, Joey Meyers,Justin Hart and Brian Barnes.
Chis Keller led the field to green but it was Jordan Lockhart in the end , from his 8th starting position to take the inaugural Peach Dash win.
604 division saw Michael Lloyd lead flag to flag for the feature win.
602 division had alot of fireworks with eventual feature winner was Nick Kirkus.
Street Stock feature winner was Dalton Kirby, 2nd win of the year.
Super Street winner was first time winner Dillon Durrance.
Crown Vic feature winner was Samual Strickland.
